CANCELLATION POLICY
Arbor Salon & Spa Cancellation Policy:
Due to our appointment booking process and the value of your stylist’s time, a credit card is required on file in order to reserve an appointment. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice to move or cancel an appointment.
If an appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, the card on file will be charged 50% of the services missed.
